Our philosophy is to provide our clients with high quality legal advice and service for fees and expenses that bear a rational relationship to the stakes and results of each individual matter. Many of our clients hire the firm on a contingency basis where we become our clients’ partner in the successful outcome of our representation. Accordingly, we actively seek to reduce litigation expense without sacrificing quality by employing creative cost containment programs and utilizing advanced office technology to support our litigation efforts. In appropriate cases—and where cost efficient—we recommend the use of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or arbitration.
